Privacy policy

When you use the search bar we record the destination, the dates, the number of rooms and guests, and any coupon entered. We keep it to understand demand by period and destination — which dates people search for and find nothing, for instance. We do not ask for a name, email or phone number in order to search.

If you have an account on the investor portal, we store the email used to sign in and its link to the developments you follow. That area is closed and requires a login.

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand which pages lead to a search. It records anonymous browsing identifiers, not your name.

When you complete a search you are sent to our booking engine, operated by Omnibees. Whatever you fill in there — payment included — is handled by them, under their policy. This site never receives or stores card data.

Our infrastructure uses Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare R2 (site images and video). These are infrastructure providers: they process data on our behalf and on our instructions, not for their own use.

We do not sell browsing or search data to third parties.

We use cookies for three things: keeping your session when you sign in to the investor portal, remembering the language you picked, and feeding Google Analytics. The first two are needed for the site to work as you expect. The third can be blocked in your browser settings without breaking anything.

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything wrong, anonymisation or deletion of what is unnecessary, and information about who we share it with.

To exercise any of these, write to reservas@liivhoteis.com.br. We reply to the address the request came from, and we may ask for additional information to confirm it is you — not to make it harder, but because handing personal data to someone impersonating the subject would be exactly the leak this policy exists to prevent.

When this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date below changes with it. Worth re-reading if you kept an older version.
