Liiv Hotéis operates its own properties in Natal, Pipa and São Miguel do Gostoso, in Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The model is long stay: you book 7, 15 or 30 days and get a full apartment — kitchen, laundry and work-grade internet — combined with hotel operations: digital check-in, cleaning, transfer and coworking.

That fills a gap the market handled badly. Hotels charge tourist nightly rates to someone staying a month. Vacation rentals demand a lease and a guarantor from someone staying a fortnight. Liiv sits in between: no lease, no guarantor, and a nightly rate that drops as the stay gets longer.

Liiv — full apartments for stays of days or weeks, with equipped kitchen, laundry and a place to work.

Liiv Hub — urban coliving in Natal, built for digital nomads and working stays, with shared areas and coworking in the building.
